KommEnt, my long-standing employer, is one of the pioneers of evaluation in the field of development education and global learning. From the mid-1990s, Helmuth Hartmeyer and Susanne Höck (then both KommEnt) were the ones who paved the way for all followers in the German-speaking area (and beyond) with the very first evaluations in this field.
For some 20 years I have had the opportunity to build on this experience and to study and evaluate many projects and programs in fields such as development education and awareness raising (DEAR), global learning, fair trade, education for sustainable development or climate protection.
With my retirement in 2020 I would like to thank my long-time colleague Susanne Höck from EOP (Evalation / Organizational Development / Project and Program Service) near Munich, Germany, with whom I have carried out many evaluations. From her and together with her I was able to learn a lot of what is important in evaluations in long-term educational processes and in the areas of activity we chose to work in.
As she remains active in evaluations, you might wish to contact her under EOP, located in Freising near Munich, Germany.
The following non-exhaustive list gives an overview of the evaluation assignments I have carried out over the past 5 years, mostly as part of a two or three-person team.
